Lyrix AI ("we", "our", "us") operates the Lyrix AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

• Device Identifier: We generate and store a random device identifier on your device to manage your account and track usage limits. This identifier is not linked to your personal identity.
• Subscription Data: If you subscribe to Lyrix PRO, your purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We receive a user ID from RevenueCat to verify your subscription status. We do not have access to your payment details.
• Content You Create: When you generate songs, the lyrics, descriptions, genre, and mood you provide are sent to our servers and forwarded to our AI music generation provider (Suno) to create your songs. We do not permanently store your lyrics or descriptions on our servers.
• Usage Data: We track the number of songs generated per device for rate limiting purposes. We also collect basic server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) for security and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI songs based on your input
• To verify and manage your subscription status
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
• To improve and maintain the App
• To send you local notifications about song completion (only with your permission)

3. Third-Party Services

• Suno (via SunoAPI): AI music generation. Your lyrics and descriptions are sent to Suno to generate songs. Suno's privacy policy applies to their processing of this data.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management. RevenueCat processes subscription-related data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Payment processing for subscriptions.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Your generated songs (audio files, cover images) are hosted by Suno and accessed via URL. We do not store audio files on our servers.
• Your song library is stored locally on your device.
• Device identifiers and generation counts are stored on our servers for rate limiting and are retained for the duration of your use of the App.
• Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), restricted API access, and rate limiting. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

• Request deletion of your data by contacting us
• Opt out of notifications through your device settings
• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
