Your privacy matters to us
Woohoo ("we," "our," or "us") is a Google Ads performance dashboard mobile application operated by Pluriventures. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Woohoo app on iOS.
By using Woohoo, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
To display your Google Ads performance data, Woohoo requests your authorization to access your Google Ads account through the official Google OAuth 2.0 flow. We receive an OAuth refresh token that allows us to query the Google Ads API on your behalf. We never receive your Google account password.
Once authorized, the app reads your Google Ads campaign metrics — impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, ROAS, search terms, and similar advertising performance data — through the Google Ads API. This data is fetched on demand to display in the app and is not redistributed.
The app generates an anonymous device identifier used to associate your authorized Google Ads accounts with your device. It is stored locally and on our backend and is not linked to your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.
If you subscribe to Woohoo PRO, your purchase is processed through Apple (App Store). We receive a RevenueCat user ID that allows us to verify your subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment details, credit card number, or billing address. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple and RevenueCat.
Our server automatically collects basic technical logs, including IP addresses, request timestamps, and request paths. These logs are used for debugging, security monitoring, and service reliability and are retained for a limited period.
Woohoo may request permission to send local push notifications to alert you about significant changes in your campaign performance (large spend spikes, conversion milestones, etc.). These notifications are processed entirely on your device.
Woohoo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we do not use Google Ads data for advertising purposes, do not allow humans to read it (except where you've given explicit consent for support, where required by law, or for security/abuse purposes), and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or for legal reasons.
Woohoo integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
We retain your OAuth tokens, device ID, and cached metrics for as long as necessary to provide the service. Server logs are retained for a limited period and are periodically purged.
You may revoke Woohoo's access to your Google Ads account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page. Once revoked, we can no longer fetch new data from your account.
To request deletion of all data associated with your device, including cached metrics and stored tokens, contact us at the email below.
Woohoo is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the app and you have concerns, please contact us.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold. Because we collect only OAuth tokens and Google Ads metrics on your behalf, exercising these rights primarily means revoking access (see Section 7) or contacting us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
